5 옥타브를 넘나드는 여성 R&B 보컬 Debelah Morgan.. 그녀는 1977년 9월 29일, 디트로이트 미시간에서 아프리카계 미국인아버지와 인도 어머니 사이에서 태어났다. 3세의 나이에 피아노 레슨을 시작하였고 1994년 그녀의 나이 17세에 'Debelah(1994.6.14)' 앨범으로 데뷰, 1998년 9월 두번째 앨범을 발표 하는 등 저력이 있는 아티스트네요. 하지만 국내엔 거의 알려지지않았던 가수였는데 제작년에 국내 모 CF에 'Dance With Me'란 곡이 배경 음악으로 쓰이면서 국내에도 뒤늦게나마 이름을 알렸다.
